How “Co-Lab” works
Well first, are we a good fit?
Coaching is a personal process, and I may not be the coach you need right now. To help us figure this out, you can fill out a matchmaking form.
1) If so, we’ll do a Co-Programming call
I know training, but you’re the expert on you. Instead of spitting out a cookie-cutter program, we’ll dig into your goals, constraints, and questions. We’ll work together to craft a plan that fits your life.
2) I’ll send you our tailored program
I’ll polish up our plan, and send it to you with demo videos, explanations, and habit tracking. We’ll use a shared sheet so we can customize every detail and I can help you stay accountable.
3) You’ll work out on your time, with support
This is the most common question I get about online coaching — no, I won’t be sitting here watching you do your workout. You’ll work out wherever and whenever is best, and I’ll be available for same-day support any time you have a question or need to make sure you’re doing something right.
